Alan Jones
Meet Alan Jones, the heart behind R&A Industries and a proud Central Florida local. For Alan, the trades aren’t just a job—they’re a passion. He began his career as an electrician, building a name for quality, safety, and putting customers first.
In 2001, he started R&A Industries as a small electrical contractor. The “R” stands for Reliable and the “A” stands for Affordable. And it’s just those values that helped the company grow into a full-service contractor for homes and businesses. Under Alan’s leadership, R&A added plumbing in 2013 and HVAC in 2014, becoming a one-stop shop for essential home services.
Alan’s work is all about family. He and his son AJ work side by side, and many team members are family too—parents and children, brothers and sisters. This family-focused approach is part of the company’s culture and extends to R&A’s customers. With fair pricing, written estimates, and a promise to always do the right thing, Alan has built R&A on trust and strong relationships.
When he’s not leading projects or helping customers, Alan enjoys time with his family, mentoring younger technicians, and giving back to the community that has trusted R&A for over two decades. He personally reads every prayer request submitted, and his deep commitment to faith and service is what drives him to lead R&A Industries with care and integrity.
